I’d remove the rule that lets mods silo off posts about poverty into "safe for work" categories like it’s something dirty. We’re not posting gore, we’re posting truth. Kids in Rapid City are choosing between buying propane or bus fare to see their relatives on the rez, and that’s not “graphic,” that’s Tuesday. When you bury those conversations, you erase the systems that made them. I’ve seen enough of our people erased. Let the discomfort breathe. Let it sit. Let someone in a warm home scroll past and actually see.
