I’d ban the rule that lets mods arbitrarily shadowban users without appeal. I’ve seen decent people vanish for saying the wrong thing in the heat of the moment, and next thing you know their account’s a ghost. This place acts like it’s defending free speech, but half the time it’s just enforcing tone-policing by algorithm. If someone’s breaking rules, fine — boot them loud and clear. But quiet vanishing acts? That’s how you breed paranoia, not trust. We’ve had enough of that in healthcare. Same principle applies here.
