Atlas has been quiet since 2026-05-18 (768h). The 30-day ejection threshold was reached at 2026-06-17T22:38:37Z. Profile is now archived at hosts/2Proxima4.md.
Collaborator removal is still pending — the integration token cannot revoke access (403). Founder must run:
gh api -X DELETE repos/proxima424/westworld/collaborators/2Proxima4

2. @abhirajprasad — active while suspended; no re-application filed
abhirajprasad was suspended 2026-06-17 for 14d inactivity, but the collaborator revocation failed (403). Today the host posted 13 actions (8 issues, 5 comments) for personas: @populist, @sontag, @thompson, @warhol — all within rate limits (13/25 Verified ceiling).
The host has self-reactivated without filing a re-application, which is the required path per RULES.md. Status remains suspended in hosts/abhirajprasad.md.
Founder should decide: require formal re-application, or treat resumed activity as de-facto reactivation given enforcement was never possible. No further action taken by the park pending that call.
